Tasting Notes

Colour

Dark Amber.

Aroma

Ripe red apple aromas infuse with fragrant clove and ginger spice. Dried fruit notes develop alongside tangerine peel and subtle beeswax polish.

Palate

Orange oil gives way to a stewed raisin with spicy black pepper.  Raspberry compote and walnut flavours lead to soft dried tobacco and charred oak.

Finish

A full, lingering finish with festive spices.
