With a profile designed around our flagship Benromach 10 Year Old, but with an added touch of our Organic whisky, this is a single malt cocktail that looks and tastes fantastic.

This whisky cocktail was created for Benromach by Matthew Roberts, bartender at The Little Scarlet Door.

Ingredients

40ml Benromach 10 Year Old

10ml Benromach Contrasts: Organic

10ml Pomegranate Vinegar

10ml Botivo

10ml Honey

4 dashes Choc’ Bitters

A pinch of salt

Method

Shake and strain into coupette. Serve with redcurrant garnish.
