Nose:
Ripe fruits - red apples and pears, still sweet reminiscent of macaroon bars. Slight floral note together with some cinnamon and aniseed.
Palate:
Spices - aniseed and mustard seed balanced with a sweet fruity edge - sherry wood also present.
Nose:
Closed. Sweet toffee with tropical fruits - pineapple and kiwi fruit. Some dry grass and cedar wood elements.
Palate:
Powerful, very sweet - cloying, spices with burnt fruitcake flavours mellowing into leafy and dry glass.
Finish:
Gentle fruitiness with a hint of chocolate.
